Sivil Afet Timi Derneği As a result of the interventions carried out over the years by the Civil Disaster Team's volunteer disaster efforts, we were assigned by the 'forestry department' to the most critical areas of the fire.
The firefighting efforts in the difficult-to-reach, steep areas were carried out by our volunteer team members and 'forestry department' personnel, and as a result of these efforts, the fire's progression towards the southeast direction was halted. Later, in the final defence line, where the fire's direction and intensity changed due to weather conditions, the fire was extinguished at its most critical point through our joint work with the 'forestry department teams' and 'civil defense teams'.
